At Wellfit, we want you to be completely satisfied with your athletic gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your performance needs, you can return or exchange items in original condition within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack Your Gear
Place the unused items back into their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
